Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Evve. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Evve mobile application (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use Evve. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To help keep our community safe and authentic, Evve requires every member to verify their identity using a government-issued driver’s license and a live selfie comparison. We use this information solely to confirm that you are who you say you are. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. User Conduct

You agree to treat other members with respect and to use Evve only for lawful purposes. You may not: impersonate another person, harass or threaten other members, post content that is obscene, hateful, or discriminatory, solicit money or commercial business from other members, or use the App to organize activity that is illegal or unsafe.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards, at our sole discretion.

4. Events & Meeting Other Members

Evve allows members to create and join events to meet in person. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, both online and in person. We strongly recommend meeting in public places, telling a friend where you’re going, and using the trusted contact feature available in your settings. Evve does not conduct criminal background checks beyond identity verification and cannot guarantee the conduct of any member.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Evve may offer optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscription prices, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented to you before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the instructions provided by your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

You retain ownership of the photos, messages, and other content you post on Evve. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating and improving our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to Evve if we believe, in good faith, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to other members.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Evve is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any match, event, or interaction will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evve and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or your interactions with other members.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you through the App. Continued use of Evve after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
