Delete your evve account

You can delete your evve account and its data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your information when you do.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open evve and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is removed right away.

Want a copy of your data first? Use Settings → Account → Export my data before you delete.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email us from any address at info@evveapp.com with the subject “Delete my evve account”. Include the phone number you signed up with. To protect your account, we’ll confirm the request with a text to that number before deleting anything. We complete requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, photos and bio
• Plans you posted and requests you made
• Your conversations, for the other person too
• Your reliability score
• Identity verification records
• Your trusted contact and preferences

A confirmed plan coming up is cancelled, and the other person is told.

What we keep

• Plans you joined stay in the host’s history, without your name or photo.
• Guideline violations. If any of your photos were removed, or plans hidden, for breaking our guidelines, we keep a scrambled form of your phone number and that record, so it carries over if you sign up again. It can’t be turned back into your number.

Location from a plan is already deleted 24 hours after the plan’s safety window ends. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an evve+ subscription; Apple and Google bill for it, not us. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions first.
